Miguel Arizmendi, MA, is Principal of St. John Chrysostom School in Inglewood, where he has led transformative growth in academics, technology, and community engagement. With more than 13 years of experience as a Catholic educator and leader, Arizmendi has served as a teacher, Dean of Students, and now Principal, shaping curriculum and expanding programs across computer science, robotics, and the arts. 

In his keynote, Arizmendi will share insights drawn from his leadership journey, highlighting how technology transformation and a focus on personal fulfillment can drive meaningful change in communities and organizations. His experience demonstrates how values-based leadership can strengthen institutions while inspiring individuals to thrive as confident, compassionate leaders.

In this lively and interactive session, award-winning author and speaker Lee Silber will share creative ways small acts of kindness build loyalty, trust, and lasting community connections. Lee Silber is the award-winning author of 26 books, including his latest title, “The Credit Union Way”. As a speaker he’s best known for presentations that are highly interactive, fun, and full of good ideas. Silber is also the founder of five companies, a podcast host, and an inventor. Lee lives in Mission Beach, California with his wife and two sons.
