FTSI, the largest independent provider of ATM and Branch services for credit unions and community banks in the Western United States, was recognized by NCR with the 2014 Innovation Award for the design and implementation of its Executive Experience Center (ExC). The award was presented to Susan Napier (CEO) and Mike Wilson (COO) at NCR’s 2015 Interact Global Partners Conference in Stone Mountain, GA.
“FTSI demonstrated a remarkable new standard for innovation with the ExC and has worked with NCR to create an in-depth view of current solutions and a vision for future ones,” Charles Lee, NCR Territory Alliance Manager.

FTSI won the award for its Executive Experience
Center (ExC), the only executive briefing center in
North America belonging to an NCR channel partner.
The ExC features a collection of NCR self and assisted branch hardware, as well as FTSI branch security, digital signage, branding, and total branch transformation solutions.
